Priority Pass, the global airport lounge and experiences programme, has named Filipina racing driver Bianca Bustamante (pictured) as its newest Asia-Pacific brand advocate. The partnership, announced during International Women's Day and the 2025 Formula 1 season, aims to inspire young athletes while reinforcing Priority Pass' commitment to supporting sports professionals on the global stage.
Bustamante, a rising star in motorsport, made history as the first female driver in the McLaren Driver Development programme and has competed in the F1 Academy. As she prepares for her GB3 Championship debut with Elite Motorsport, Priority Pass will provide her with access to its extensive network of airport lounges, ensuring she can travel more comfortably and focus on performing at her best.
"I am proud to be a brand advocate for Priority Pass, a brand that supports my passion for travel and my goal to inspire others to challenge their limits. The nature of the sport means having to travel to different countries and cities," said Bustamante, as quoted in a release.

Todd Handcock, global chief commercial officer and Asia-Pacific executive chair at Collinson International, highlighted the significance of the collaboration: "Bianca's remarkable achievements at such a young age are testament to her grit, talent, and resilience. Her story embodies Priority Pass' commitment to pushing boundaries and setting new standards."
"As Bianca is increasingly required to travel internationally, travel fatigue and jet lag will pose a threat to her performance. By providing Bianca with access to Priority Pass airport lounges and travel experiences globally, we hope she'll be able to better rest before her flights and arrive feeling more refreshed and focused on achieving her best on the world stage," Handcock added.
This partnership builds on Priority Pass' ongoing commitment to supporting athletes. The programme recently served as the Official Airport Lounge Partner for the Hong Kong, China Delegation to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the Harbin 2025 Asian Winter Games. Additionally, Priority Pass collaborates with the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA) and the Women's National Basketball Players Association (WNBPA) to provide athletes with premium travel experiences.
The success story of 20-year-old Bustamante is one of perseverance and breaking barriers. Born and raised in the Philippines, she began racing at just five years old, competing in both local and international karting championships. In a traditionally male-dominated sport, she continues to prove that talent and determination can propel anyone to the top.
By teaming up with Priority Pass, Bustamante not only secures an essential travel advantage but also strengthens her role as an inspiration for aspiring female racers worldwide. With her sights set on the GB3 Championship, she is poised to make an even bigger impact on the global motorsport stage.
