Fidelity International has appointed Richa Goswami (pictured) as group chief marketing officer (CMO) with effect from 5 December 2022. Goswami joins from HSBC, where she was global chief customer and marketing officer for HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking Business.

Goswami will report to Fidelity International’s chief executive, Anne Richards, and be based in Singapore. As group CMO, Goswami will provide global leadership for Fidelity International’s marketing effort across its two global businesses, Investment Solutions and Services (ISS) and Workplace and Personal Financial Health (WPFH).

As Fidelity International seeks to deliver on its purpose of building better financial futures for its clients, Goswami will enhance the firm’s brand and data-driven marketing activity across more than 25 global locations.

Anne Richards, chief executive at Fidelity International said: “This important new senior role will provide leadership to our already successful and extensive global marketing team. Goswami will work closely with our business channel and local marketing colleagues, bringing her extensive experience of brand development, digital transformation and customer proposition development to the fore.”

Prior to HSBC, Goswami worked at Johnson & Johnson and Standard Chartered.

Fidelity International offers investment solutions and services and retirement expertise to more than 2.8 million customers globally. Operating in more than 25 locations, it has US$613.3 billion in total assets.
