In celebration of its 13th anniversary, health and beauty retailer Watsons Malaysia will reportedly be offering its audience a chance to win a brand-new home. This offer is part of the Watsons Onz Weh (WOW) campaign that is ongoing.
According to The Star, Watsons Malaysia’s managing director Caryn Loh said at the anniversary event that the team at Watsons intends to continue leading and building a strong loyalty programme in the country in order to offer members more benefits and rewards.

The membership programme, she added, is something Watsons Malaysia aims to continuously enhance. With that in mind, the company partnered with LBS Prestige Residence (LBS) to offer a home to one lucky resident.
LBS’ executive chairman, Lim Hock San, reportedly said that the brand is honoured to partner with Watsons Malaysia for the second consecutive year. He added that this time round, it will be offering a “chic” service apartment to the winner.

Watsons Malaysia has more to celebrate this year. Earlier this year in June, it opened its 700th store at the KSL Esplanade Mall. The store is complete with new augmented reality services, a dedicated haircare pillar along with sustainability initiatives to better serve its customers and support its business growth in Asia.
The managing director for A.S Watson Group, Dominic Lai, said that the company has experienced the rise in number of loyalty members from 5.7 million in 2019 to 7.2 million members, signalling 1.5 million new members in a short period of time. “Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Watsons Malaysia has grown from 535 stores in 2019 to 700 stores now,” he added.
To enhance the online plus offline shopping experience, the new store features StyleMe, an augmented reality-powered virtual makeup try-on service that allows customers to experience new products as professional makeup artists provide them with personalised recommendations.
“As the leading health and beauty retailer, Watsons will continue to innovate and adapt to meet customers’ evolving needs and strive for excellence in providing unparalleled Offline Plus Online (O+O) customer experience,” Lai concluded.
