Ex-Jollibee global brand CMO launches marketing consulting firm

Francis Flores, who was fast-food giant Jollibee Foods Corporation's global brand CMO and Philippines country marketing head, has started his own company, FEF Marketing Consulting Corporation.
According to Flores on LinkedIn, FEF Marketing Consulting Corporation will aim to elevate brands and their marketing strategies with many of its core services.

Some of these include discovering a brand's essence to help it chart its part through brand equity scans, masterbrand insights and visioning. The firm also crafts marketing plans to help deliver revenue growth targets, create digital campaigns, and work on product launches.
An experienced marketer, Flores has had a lengthy career in the industry. He was previously senior vice president and business head, consumer business group.
At Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), which he joined in 2007, he has held various leadership roles being in charge of different wings. These roles include vice president and business head of international operations for China and Vietnam markets. His last position was of Jollibee's global brand's chief marketing officer and JFC Philippines' country marketing head.
Prior to Jollibee, he was at Unilever for nearly 11 years.
At Unilever, he held the role of area sales manager, senior group manager of Ponds Philippines as well as regional brand director of Axe Asia.
Earlier this year in August, JFC appointed dentsu Philippines to handle its integrated media duties. Dentsu’s appointment. David Cruse Beal, the global chief marketing officer at JFC said that the company is energised by the ‘one dentsu’ proposition which was presented by dentsu Philippines as well as Merkle Singapore.
“We look forward to working with the dentsu team and leveraging shared media tools and systems to accelerate our customer journeys,” she added.
