Marriott International‘s travel programme Marriot Bonvoy has unveiled a new postcard campaign to encourage travellers to do good and to spread the idea of meaningful travel that creates a positive impact.
Titled “Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy Postcard”, the campaign allows travellers to send a digital version of postcards to their friends or family, as a way to document and share meaningful travel experiences with them.

The campaign will also support conservation work, donating to WWF-Singapore (World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore) with every digital postcard that is sent.
The campaign is part of Marriott Bonvoy’s ongoing purpose-led programme, which offers guests the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to three meaningful causes. It covers environmental protection, community engagement and marine conservation.
It will be available across 100 hotels in the region and will provide experiences such as bamboo shark conservation efforts in Khao Lak, mangrove painting and food distribution in Bali.
“The campaign is an opportunity to inspire our guests and members to not only take action for good, but also spread the message to their friends and family,” said John Toomey, chief sales and marketing officer, Marriott International, Asia Pacific.
“We hope to inspire more travellers to reimagine travel from pure leisure to value-adding opportunities, creating a ripple effect of more collective action to bring positive change in our communities and on the environment.”
Designed in collaboration with environmental creative arts initiative PARDICOLOR’s artist, Joséphine Billeter, the postcards depict the concept of people holidaying while still doing good.
The campaign will run through the month of December.

JW Marriott recently caught the K-fever with its launch of a Korean drama-inspired campaign which starred South Korean actor, Lee Min Ho.
The global campaign, titled “Stay in the Moment”, features a short film that aims to underscore the beauty of human connections.
The video, which was filmed at JW Marriott Seoul and Jeju properties, tells the dramatic story of a wayward son reconnecting with his family. He reminds them in the short film what it means to be there for each other and how to stay present in the moment, dissipating a world of tension.
