Hong Kong property developer District15 has launched a new full brand visual for The Nate - its new living concept promoting an affordable way of luxury urban living.Located at Tsim Sha Tsui, The Nate incorporates premium rental studios with shared communal space, aiming to address Hong Kong’s demand for affordable living without sacrificing aesthetics and home comforts. “There are a lot of people talking about co-living these days,” said Alexander Bent, co-founder of District15. “However, The Nate is so much more than what that term traditionally implies. Our goal was to depart from the herd and create a fun, comfortable and more luxury co-living experience. It was integral to find the right creative partner to help us communicate this.”The developer appointed creative agency Constant to create a full visual identity that reflected the values of The Nate – welcoming, pioneering, flexible and immersive, including name and logo development, campaign materials, key visuals and branded merchandise. Constant also designed and built The Nate’s website, allowing customers to complete booking and paying directly online. The Nate is the second project between District15 and Constant, who also created the identity and visual campaign for Yat Fu Lane in Shek Tong Tsui.
