International cross channel advertising network Httpool has partnered with GrabAds to offer the service in Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar. According to Httpool, the partnership is an important step for the company in Southeast Asia as it further strengthens its portfolio and enables its teams to offer "the highest level of support" to brands, agencies and advertisers.
Sunny Nagpal, co-founder and MD of Httpool Asia Pacific, said being able to offer GrabAds in the region will open new avenues for brands and advertising agencies to leverage their data capabilities and local market insights, helping create meaningful customer engagement.
“GrabAds relies on unique insights from its millions of users and allows advertisers to connect with a highly engaged audience in the right place at the right time. At Httpool, we will make sure that our teams provide strong support to agencies and brands, and support the development of specialised solutions from marketing, ad sales to billing," he added.
Httpool has offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and India. It offers brands and media agencies support, technology and access to its most relevant global and regional media partners, to help them achieve their business and marketing objectives. Marketing Interactive has reached out to Httpool for additional information.
GrabAds first launched in 2018 to provide brands with an online-to-offline platform to engage with millions of Southeast Asian consumers. Nasheet Islam, who was previously the head of GrabAds, told Marketing Interactive in a prior interview that it reaches one in six people in Southeast Asia. To ensure a localised strategy is in place, GrabAds has partnered with local ad management companies in each market to deliver maximum results and seamless campaign management for brands and drivers. These include the likes of StickEarn, Karta and Interads in Indonesia, United Neon in the Philippines, Carblicity, IRIS, Display Science and MMI Media Group in Singapore, and DrivAdz in Vietnam.
