Travel loyalty and benefits brand Collinson has appointed Golin as its global PR and communications agency of record with immediate effect.
Golin is responsible for PR and communications for Collinson, with a particular focus in Brazil, China, Hong Kong, India, the UAE, the UK, and the US, with further markets to be activated in Europe and Asia. The agency’s first charge will be to build awareness of Collinson’s integrated expertise in loyalty and travel experience, showcasing the group’s breadth of capabilities under one single brand voice and messaging.
“From door to destination, Collinson's travel services are intuitive, reliable, and experience-driven. The dual hub (model) has been created to ensure that voices, minds, and stories are truly globally representative. “Our London and Hong Kong offices are both centres of excellence for creative and storytelling," said Matt Neale, CEO of Golin.
The partnership will be led via a dual hub model from the Golin London and Golin Hong Kong offices, with Golin launching a cross-regional PR team specific to this account to "better leverage the always-on creative opportunities for earned-first ideas that will best serve Collinson’s global goals."
“As a leader in travel experience, loyalty, and customer benefits across more than 170 countries, it’s critical that we have a seasoned PR partner with the global know-how to help us create and implement a solid, unified, and agile strategy,” said Stephen Simpson, global marketing director of Collinson. “The Golin team impressed us with their creativity based on insights and data-led capabilities, helping us to see new perspectives and stories.”
