Cigna HK explains duties and services of care managers in campaign

Insurance company Cigna Hong Kong has launched a campaign telling the audience about its unconventional services in a mini-series, featuring actor Joey Leung and YouTubers So Chi-ho and Hui Yin. The ongoing mini-series features the three main characters as interns in the Cigna Care Manager team. Although they work hard to impress, they later realise that being a care manager is different from being a healthcare professional. For example, a care manager needs to have dedication, resilience, and a genuine passion for looking after the physical and mental wellbeing of others.

Cigna Hong Kong hopes to leverage the series to educate the public that the insurance company is offering a unique complementary concierge service through a team of care managers consisting of certified nurses with proven clinical experience. They assist their customers in every aspect of the journey, from pre-treatment preparation to post-hospitalisation care.

The campaign was started with a trailer. It was followed by three different episodes to demonstrate how Cigna Hong Kong's care managers take care of their customers' health journey, depicting various scenarios in the videos. To enhance awareness of the campaign, Cigna Hong Kong has been rolling out social posts on different topics, such as mood disorders and hospitalisation.

Moreover, the insurance company also invited the audience to choose their favourite character in the campaign in March, creating an interactive experience.

The insurance company mainly leverages digital channels to promote this campaign. In addition to videos showcasing on social platforms and TV, the campaign also includes a series of online display ads, social ads, radio ads and OOH displays across the city.
