YDM Thailand group of companies has appointed Anuwat Nitipanont as its new chief creative officer, overseeing creative duties for FCB Bangkok and MullenLowe Bangkok. The move aims to ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration of services across all companies in the group.

Nitipanont brings over 20 years of creative leadership to the role. He previously worked as chief creative officer for VMLY&R and BBDO Bangkok.

Prior to that, he worked as associate creative director for McCann Worldgroup. His work is known for its simplicity and effectiveness, aiming to create a positive impact on people, brands, and society, it said in a statement.

He has also held the role of art director at OgilvyOne Worldwide.

In his new role, he will work across the creative department, social content, influencer marketing, and creative production.

"With his wealth of experience, Nitipanont will help us elevate our ability to integrate strategy, data, and creativity to unlock business growth for our network. I have no doubt his visionary leadership will drive creative excellence in our team and reinforce our position as a leading agency in the region,” added Subsomboon.

Nitipanont joined YDM Thailand in July 2024 from VML, where he served as chief creative officer for Thailand. During his tenure, he played a role in expanding the client portfolio across various industries.

FCB Bangkok and MullenLowe Bangkok have been a part of the YDM Thailand network since 2019 and 2020 respectively. Working as part of the same network enables the creative agencies to extend a full set of services from digital and data to client management to customers.
