Colliers names Cecilia Chan Asia senior marketing director of valuation and advisory services

Professional services and investment management company Colliers has promoted Cecilia Chan (pictured) to head of marketing and communications, Hong Kong and senior director of marketing, valuation and advisory services, Asia, effective from 1 July.
Chan reports to CK Lau, managing director, Hong Kong and managing director, marketing, valuation and advisory services, Asia.
Within this newly created role, Chan will drive the marketing and communications, business development and research strategies in Colliers Hong Kong to amplify the Colliers brand.
She is also responsible for promoting Colliers valuation and advisory services experts’ expertise across the Asia region.
She will manage branding, digital marketing and PR strategies, content engine, leads generation campaigns, client engagement programs and internal communications for Colliers Hong Kong and Colliers Asia valuation and advisory services business.
Chan joined Colliers as director of marketing, valuation and advisory services, Asia in August 2022. Last October, her role was expanded to also cover marketing and communications in Hong Kong.
In a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Chan said: "It has been an amazing and fantastic journey at Colliers in the past two years. It is my great honour to elevate our brand together with marvelous teams across the region and in Hong Kong. Prior to Colliers, Chan was head of marketing at Carousell Group Hong Kong, responsible for the platform user growth and overall consumer marketing strategies for Carousell Hong Kong.
During her time at Carousell, Chan partnered with internal stakeholders to drive vertical markets user acquisition and retention; established strategic partnership with external stakeholders for business growth; shaped, planned and implemented branding, content, PR, social, digital and offline marketing and event strategies.
Chan has been instrumental in elevating the brand for different global and local, traditional or start-up companies, including Lenovo in the Asia Pacific Region and Hong Kong, PCCW, and co-working space operator theDesk. She was the core team that started Interactive Advertising Bureau Hong Kong.
