BOOM! to air in Philippines as part of long-running daily variety show Eat Bulaga

Keshet International (KI) has licensed its explosive hit game show format BOOM! to Television and Production Exponents (TAPE) in the Philippines. This version will air on the GMA Network from Monday to Saturday. It will appear as a stripped segment in the hit long-running TV variety series Eat Bulaga!Gary Pudney, Head of Asia at Keshet International, said, “We’re thrilled to raise the KI flag in another new territory in Asia. BOOM! has proved its ability to hook audiences in Asia and all over the world. I am sure Filipino viewers will be just as engaged by its edge-of-seat drama and fun.”BOOM! is one of KI’s most successful formats ever, with more than 800 episodes of the series commissioned worldwide to date. Originally created by Keshet, Ido Rosenblum, and July August Productions, BOOM! fuses the drama, thrill, and intensity of a blockbuster action movie with the high-octane fun of a video game. The format has been a hit in Spain where it totals more than 500 episodes, to date. BOOM! is also currently on air in Thailand, Italy, Mexico, and Brazil as part of the hit variety show ‘Programa Silvio Santos.’Further local versions have aired in Cambodia, Colombia, Argentina, the US, France, Chile, and Uruguay.
