Blak Labs bolsters creative leadership team

Independent creative agency Blak Labs has appointed Fin Guo (pictured second from the right above) as creative director and Regina Lee (pictured second from the left above) as head of digital. It has also promoted Elon Law (pictured right above) and Wilson Tan (pictured left above) to associate creative directors. The promotions will take effect immediately.

Guo boasts two decades of experience in the creative industry, working for agencies such as Publicis, Leo Burnett and Up & Up. He joined Blak Labs as an art director in 2014 and had risen up the ranks by leading the agency’s key accounts including Pizza Hut, City Developments Limited and UTU. He also heads the agency’s internship programme with NAFA and various polytechnics. Lee has worked at Blak Labs for a decade and most recently served as the digital design chief. In her new role, she will be helping clients better optimise their digital infrastructure, data traffic and e-commerce ecosystems. Lee will also work closely with the internal team of developers, engineers and tech specialists.

Joining the agency as a copywriter in 2013, Law plays a pivotal role in Gardens by the Bay, City Energy and regional accounts. He has also garnered recognition at both local and international shows, according to Blak Labs. In his new role, Law will be responsible for multiple new business wins. Having spent three years with the agency as a senior art director, Tan has served as the lead creative on Hunstman, HTX and Certis. He will be working closely with Law in overseeing the agency’s foray into Web3, NFT and emerging technology.
