BCW appoints APAC regional practice leaders

Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) has been expanding recently and the agency has added six APAC regional practice leaders, a chief financial officer and a chief talent officer.These appointments are based in different cities, and they are responsible for driving growth, subject matter expertise and talent development across the region.Tiffany Bai is appointed as chief growth officer, who will also serves as market leader, Shanghai. Meanwhile Cyrus Yeung is made the practice leader of brand solutions,who also serves as market leader, Guangzhou.Other APAC regional practice leaders include:Douglas Dew, corporate and public affairs. He previously held the same position at Burson-Marsteller and is based in Beijing.Joe Peng, digital innovation group. He previously held the same position at Cohn & Wolfe and he has relocated from Beijing to Hong KongPolka Yu, integrated communications. She was previously managing director of brand marketing and operations at Cohn & Wolfe and is based in Hong Kong.Yimin Wang, Asia/China going global. She was previously market leader of Cohn & Wolfe Beijing and will remain based in that city.Also, Trevor Tully, who has held the same role at Burson-Marsteller Asia, is appointed as chief financial officer and based in Hong Kong. Florence Chan, chief talent officer, was previously senior account director at Cohn & Wolfe Hong Kong and will remain in the city.“These appointments mark the latest milestone in our people-first strategy of upskilling, career road-mapping and team integration, which has been a key factor contributing to employee satisfaction and retention,” said Matt Stafford, president, Asia-Pacific, BCW, to whom all will report. “These are the right leaders to ensure we always provide the best resources to colleagues across our markets, so they can continue to deliver exceptional integrated communications solutions to our clients and enjoy rewarding careers at BCW.”
