Annalect, OMG’s data and analytics division, has appointed Ravikumar Shankar (pictured left) as chief data solutions officer, Nina Fedorczuk (pictured centre) as chief enablement officer, and  Kothandaram Venkatakrishnan (pictured right) as chief client officer for the regional team. According to the agency, the trio have been tasked to "elevate data innovation capabilities, disseminate new capabilities within the region’s network, and create modern data experiences to fuel client growth".

Shankar was previously their APAC data and technology lead who led the network’s data innovation capabilities by combining industry knowledge with marketing technology solutions. As the chief data solutions officer, he will continue to shape clients’ and agencies' data and marketing technology vision in an evolving privacy landscape. Furthermore, Shankar will lead the data and product strategy to deliver impactful business outcomes to their network and clients. He will also be responsible for the development of data solutions and capabilities roadmap based on the client’s needs and market trends.

No stranger to OMG, Fedorczuk has been a part of the network for 15 years. Throughout her career with OMG, she has led the innovation enablement team across EMEA and APAC and played a key role in developing and fortifying OMG insights and innovation community in APAC. Fedorczuk will be steering the operations and adoption, OMG’s propriety marketing operating system, to empower teams across the agency network to build marketing solutions for clients. Together with Shankar, she will be responsible for driving further innovation and capabilities to provide teams and clients with the insights needed to thrive in today’s digital economy.

Venkatakrishnan brings nearly two decades of multinational experience to his new role as chief client officer. Most recently, Venkatakrishnan served as managing director at Annalect in New York, responsible for transforming data and analytics operations for Nissan. He previously held global data and analytics leadership roles in Wunderman Thompson across the US and UK. Venkatakrishnan’s expertise in transforming clients’ businesses with data-driven strategies will see him lead OMG’s data and analytics initiatives regionally.

Paul Shepherd, chief investment officer and president, said, “As we help our clients navigate a challenging business landscape, data and analytics will be a key differentiator in driving growth, value and transformation for organisations across all industries. The appointments of Ravi, Nina, and Kothand underscore our commitment to help our clients leverage data and analytics to make more informed and customer-centric business decisions. The trio’s extensive experiences, skillsets and comprehension of the field is an indispensable advantage for the agency, which translates to invaluable benefits for our clients.”

In this year, OMG has also named a new CEO for the Singapore branch, four new leaders in the Vietnam office, and a new managing director for the office in Hong Kong, all reported by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE. It seems that OMG is assembling a talented global team to lead its offices across Asia.
