The PETRONAS Twin Towers tour operations management has apologised for an alleged incidence of racial discrimination where foreigners were allowed on the Sky Bridge ahead of a Malaysian citizen.

The incident happened when Facebook user Shamsuddin Nawawi took to the platform to say that he had a ticket for 4pm and a foreigner at the attraction at the same time had a ticket for 4.15pm. He wrote that staff members allowed the tourist couple to enter the attraction early and ahead of them.

When Nawawi confronted staff members about the incident, he was told to report it to management.

In response, the management of the attraction said that they are currently investigating the incident and that they take these matters seriously. "We will make sure this does not happen again," the statement added.
