"I look forward to working side by side along Rachel Lim, Dione Song, and other functional team leaders, to articulate the customers’ point of view, build a unified brand experience, and to identify fresh opportunities across our key markets," she added. Lim is Love, Bonito's co-founder and executive chairwoman while Song is CEO.

An experienced marketer in the fashion space, Shen previously worked at next-generation fashion retailer REVOLVE for seven years from 2015. She joined the company as head of Greater China before moving up to head of international marketing in 2017. In 2019, she was promoted to head of Asia.

Prior to her stint at REVOLVE, Shen helmed various roles in companies such as Shopbop and PARKLU by Launchmetrics.

While the appointment was confirmed by Love, Bonito, it declined to give a comment when MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reached out.
