3 Hong Kong has revamped 3Supreme to offer a wide range of privileged services, catering to high spending customers. The mobile communications service provider has launched two new tariff plans to attract high-end customers to the 3Supreme service brand. Charging up to HK$468, customers can enjoy data and voice services in and outside Hong Kong. Customers choosing the most comprehensive tariff plan can even enjoy concierge service, including sourcing tickets for concerts, performances, sports events, and exhibitions. The tariff plan will also offer travel itinerary planning and travel emergency assistance services, while it also provides opportunities for them to attend premium lifestyle events. "3 Hong Kong has developed a segmentation strategy to target various groups of customers. We decided to upgrade the 3Supreme by unveiling a new image and making unique digital lifestyle experiences available via an upgraded My3App," said executive director and CEO of Hutchinson Telecommunications Hong Kong Kenny Koo. "We aim to boost customer loyalty by offering an array of unique privileges such as opportunities to attend premium events and enjoy international and digital lifestyles. The established relationships (with partners) empower us to offer finance, insurance, health and beauty, mobile devices, handset accessories, and music and entertainment." Alongside the new services, 3 Hong Kong has also revealed a new logo. The black, white and gold design is meant to represent a sense of prestige. Other steps to enhance service include a refurbished 3Supreme shop in Central, Wanchai, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Diamond hill. A personal executive will be assigned to every 3Supreme member upon visiting. The company has revamped the website of 3Supreme and 3Care and the interface of My3App to go along with the service upgrade.
