Pfizer China has appointed Shanghai-based creative agency F5 reappointed to lead its brand and creative duties for its employer branding division across Greater China.
F5 will oversee all creative and digital activation to promote the concept of employer branding to a wider audience. The agency first experienced working with Pfizer in 2020, creating several brand campaigns to highlight its services in a competitive healthcare and pharmaceuticals services marketplace. The agency said in-mid 2021 after a pitch involving three local and multinational agencies, F5 was selected to continue building the brand in the Greater China region.
Meng Yuan, employer branding and campus recruitment lead at Pfizer China, said F5 was reappointed based on a number of criteria, including its strategic approach, creativity, expertise, ways of working and collaboration.
Meanwhile, Adams Fan, founder and chief creative officer of F5, said he was very proud of the team for its passion, strategic thinking and creativity during the innovative pitch process.
Pan Gu, head of business of F5, added, "We are thrilled to continue our journey with Pfizer. This is a highly innovative pharmaceutical brand. We’ve come a long way together over the past year, and we look forward to taking the brand to the next level."
