CUCKOO International partners OGAWA Malaysia to inspire healthier living

Home appliance brand CUCKOO International has recently inked a Memorandum of Agreement with home wellness brand OGAWA Malaysia to co-produce a collection of massage chairs which focuses on promoting wellness for its customers.
Through this collaboration with OGAWA Malaysia, CUCKOO International will be able to expand its healthy living pillar which utilises the strength of local brands in the industry to co-produce home living solutions to advocate for healthier living.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with OGAWA Malaysia which shares our passion in pushing boundaries and going beyond standards to create solutions that will help Malaysians to be #SAMASAMAHealthier,” said Hoe Kian Choon, founder and chief executive officer of CUCKOO International.
“By combining our expertise and resources, we hope to inspire and empower more Malaysians to live healthier and happier through innovations that will help create healthier homes,” Hoe added.

Additionally, the first collection of massage chairs, the CUCKOO BESPOKE Massage Chair, was launched to inspire a healthier living and to make wellness more attainable and accessible for everyone. It is projected to aid over 200,000 Malaysian households in the coming three years.
“Our partnership with CUCKOO International not only marks a new milestone, but also allows us to extend our wellness solutions to more Malaysians through innovative yet affordable massage chairs,” said Lim Mee Ling, executive director and chief executive officer of OGAWA Malaysia.
With the CUCKOO BESPOKE massage chair encapsulating OGAWA Malaysia’s wellness technologies, it includes key features such as 45 degrees thermotherapy, 6 massage programmes, 11 massage techniques and many more. These features embodied in the massage chair aims to provide customers with message therapy that is suited to their liking and degree of comfort.
“Apart from our strong range of healthy appliances, we believe that a way to do so is through strategic partnerships like this, in which we will be able to expand our core to introduce new and inventive home living solutions that could help inspire a better living,” Hoe said.
The news comes just as 7-Eleven Malaysia collaborates with Ant Group, the operator of Alipay+ to launch its newest expansion of Alipay+ coverage to all 7-Eleven stores in Malaysia facilitated by Razer Merchant Services.
Razer Merchant Services (RMS) is the business-to-business solution of Razer Fintech and through the partnership, aims to facilitate the integration of Alipay in all 2,400 7-Eleven stores in Malaysia.
