Yusrizal Yusof promoted to ACD at BBDO Malaysia

Yusrizal Yusof has been promoted from creative group head to associate creative director at BBDO Malaysia.Speaking to A+M, the agency said Yusof's promotion will aid BBDO Malaysia in its rapidly expanding portfolio, with "several new accounts added to the company’s clientele within the past months". He will also be nurturing and guiding young talents, putting the agency in upwards trajectory.Prior to BBDO, Yusof worked with Ogilvy & Mather Malaysia and Astana International. With 12 years of industry experience, Yusof boasts experience on accounts such as MAS, TM, KFC, Nestle, Chevrolet, DHL, CIMB, U Mobile and Fonterra. Before joining advertising, Yusof dabbled in music composition, published indie comic Urban Comics, and worked as a graphic novel writer for the Dewan Bahasa and Pustaka.VJ Anand, executive creative director of BBDO Malaysia said, “BBDO Malaysia is all about doing the most culturally relevant work, and Yusof is the perfect embodiment of that vision.
