RHB Singapore hands KRDS social media duties

RHB Singapore has appointed KRDS Singapore as its social and mobile agency to undertake social media on its different social channels. The appointment is for a period of one year and with a key focus to build the brand’s presence on Facebook.The content will build on concepts behind the phrase “Together We Progress” and will focus on how RHB helps its customers. It will also include valuable tips and insights on finance and banking for its users. The appointmentThe campaign aims to showcase the bank’s commitment to build trust with its customers along with meeting their personal and financial needs at all significant stages of their lives. It also aims to show RHB’s intention to empower start-ups, small businesses, and large corporations through the delivery of solutions and a seamless experience across physical and digital platforms.“RHB is a people’s bank that works to lend its support to its customers during significant moments of their lives. It is well known for its ability to build strong ties and being a trusted partner with its customers. We wanted to bring this core value to life on its social channels and open the gates to a stronger relationship with its customer base. We are excited to sign up with RHB and lend our digital expertise to realise these goals in 2017,” Preetham Venkky, director at KRDS Singapore, said.Recently in Malaysia, RHB appointed Vizeum as its the media agency to under take the media planning and buying duties. This appointment follows a closed door pitch which was held last year. A+M understands that the incumbent on the account is UM Malaysia which held the account for approximately seven years.
