NETS calls for creative and media pitch

Singapore e-payments provider NETS (Network for Electronic Transfers) is on the lookout for creative and media agencies to manage strategic branding, social engagement, creative production and media buying duties. The appointment will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for another.Agencies are expected to send in their submissions by 2 October, with a pitch brief scheduled for 12 October. Presentations will occur from 30 to 31 October and the decision will be announced on 15 November. The scope of work will be split across the four independent agencies, which are expected to work with one another to deliver communications campaigns for NETS.The branding agency is expected to propose "ideal" branding strategies for the company's key efforts and to derive a key brand message, which will then be applied to marketing campaigns executed in collaboration with the other agencies. The account is worth approximately SG$250k.Social engagement duties worth approximately SG$150k include ideating and executing social engagement ideas to help NETS achieve its objectives for the brand or product launch across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. According to the press statement, NETS is also on the lookout for agencies that are willing to think out of the to elevate the NETS brand and cut through the social clutter.The creative agency will produce the creative requirements of NETS for implementation in various formats including static and digital display and video in its marketing campaigns. It will also be responsible for conceptualising and developing key visuals to be adapted into various formats for the specific campaign effort. Creative output will mainly be used for digital and social ad platforms, below-the-line initiatives and out-of-home (OOH) channels. The account is worth about SG$100k.The media agency will provide media strategies, planning, buying and implementation for an integrated marketing communication with cost effectiveness and efficiency. NETS aims to adopt a dominantly digital and social media approach, with the occasional OOH and broadcast media used for certain key products. The agency is also expected to offer timely campaign analysis with recommendations to improve. The account is worth approximately SG$1 million.“As NETS develops and promotes digital payment solutions for everyone in Singapore, we want to reflect a similarly digitally focused effort in our marketing activities.
