Korean digital agency looks to launch SG, KL and HK offices

Asiance, a Seoul based global digital agency will be entering the Southeast Asian markets in the second quarter of 2015.The company is looking to initially enter markets such as Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong with the expectation that additional markets will be added as demand grows. First started in 2004, the Korean company has over the years provided services to a variety of local and global clients such as Lacoste, American Express and Air France.The company says its strength lies in a “strong technical marketing knowledge base brought from the west," "combined with the localised knowledge that enables Asiance to provide a suite of services that are specific to the Asia Pacific region.”Olivier Mouroux, co-CEO said that Asiance has built their reputation in offering differentiated services to foreign clients with a focus on three key areas.“Firstly, the company’s user experience design and consulting have found the company favor with global clients who already had strong brand recognition in the west, but needed effective localisation to compliment global success. Second, Asiance’s digital platform development methodologies have been built for Asia, while following global brand guidelines and best practices. Thirdly, Asiance has garnered the attention of both clients and industry experts for their ability to create marketing and branding content that has been designed for Asian markets,” Mouroux said.As part of their own expansion Asiance will also offer video production services optimised for high mobile and social video content consumption.“There is a huge need from marketers to create viral mobile videos quickly and cost effectively. Our new process will deliver this capability ahead of the curve in Asia, enabling our clients to stay at the cutting edge of marketing technologies, and ultimately reach their customers in the most effective means, taking into account rapidly developing opportunities with social media video contents,” Mouroux said.“Through these technologies which we pioneered in Korea we aim to make a meaningful contribution to the Southeast Asian market.
