Former Lenovo comms lead joins Porter Novelli

Lenovo’s former head of communications for Asia Pacific Derrick Koh has joined PR agency Porter Novelli in Singapore as deputy managing director.In his new role he will be responsible for supporting overall agency management and leading the technology practice. Additionally he will be taking leadership of the HP regional team in Singapore, supporting their Print & Personal Systems as well as enterprise businesses.He will report to managing director Jimmy Szczepanek.Koh joined Lenovo in 2007 as ASEAN communications manager and became head of communications for Asia Pacific in 2011, a role he held for three years before leaving Lenovo in 2014. Koh has also held other agency leadership roles at Eastwest PR and Edelman.
