Chinese TV game show gets own emoji on Twitter

Twitter is collaborating with Chinese game show Who’s Still Standing (一站到底) to bring the reality TV programme experience to more viewers around the world.The game show is the first Chinese TV programme to get its own Twitter emoji as a way to engage with an overseas Chinese audience on Twitter’s global platform for live conversations.喜欢这个节目Emoji吗?我也想参加 #一站到底 学霸海选呀!我于香港浸会大学毕业。BTW, do you like this 1st-ever Chinese TV show Twitter emoji? Try it out now #一站到底 @JSBCI— Cherry Ngan 顏卓靈 (@CherryNgan) June 16, 2016As the show’s official international social media partner, Twitter will be the main gateway for aspiring contestants around the world to participate in the competition. From now until 30 June 23:59 (Beijing time), aspiring contestants are invited to Tweet #WhosStillStanding or #一站到底 hashtags and @JSBCI account together with a 30-second creative self-introduction video in Chinese language to enter the competition. Jiangsu TV will review the submissions made via Twitter and reward the shortlisted contestants with sponsored round trip tickets to China to participate in the game show recorded in Nanjing.
