BSN's VP of CRM Ahmad Hishamuddin heads to National Bank of Kuwait

Ahmad Hishamuddin Mohammed Salleh, VP of customer relationship management (CRM) and analytics at Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) has been appointed as head of centre of excellence at National Bank of Kuwait. Mohammed Salleh is now based out of Kuwait city. His new role will revolve around analytics, campaigns and data marketing, among others.The CRM expert joined BSN in June 2014 and was in charge of analytics, CRM technology and referral management in which, he helped set up leads campaign management processes for database marketing. Mohammed Salleh was also tasked to organise marketing and promotional development in order to support sales activities.Prior to BSN, he was engaged with Maybank with his last role as its assistant VP, head of analytics and CRM.
