Seow is also advisor to the Cambodia Ministry of Tourism and a director of both Reddot Cambodia and Tiger Media.Briq International's Phnom Penh office will serve as HQ for Cambodia and IndoChina and the plan is to progressively roll out Briq offices across that region.Goh added that Cambodia was chosen for its “immense potential”.“When I first created Briq, my vision was to build an integrated Asian agency network that will provide advertisers effective end-to-end marketing and communication solutions through our local understanding of the consumers and the fast evolving business environment," Goh said.He added that while the company did not have any founding clients to start off with, it will be announcing some of its wins in the upcoming weeks.
