Bank of Indonesia picks PR partner

Ogilvy PR Indonesia has been appointed as the communication agency for the Bank of Indonesia. The main task is to be the Indonesian central bank’s partner to communicate its national monetary policies for 2016 to 2017.Appointed for a two-year contract, Ogilvy PR Indonesia will provide strategic brand and communications services, including digital content, PR and creative design, which seeks to publicise Bank Indonesia’s policies as well as handling critical issues in an effective, accurate, and responsive way to its target stakeholders.Marianne Admardatine, managing director of Ogilvy PR and head of corporate communications and business development for Ogilvy & Mather Indonesia said the strategic brand and communication services Ogilvy PR is offering will fully support Bank Indonesia’s vision to become the most credible and the best central bank in the region “by strengthening its strategic value, ensuring low inflation, and managing a stable exchange rate.”She added, “The information from the central bank is vital for the further development of the Indonesian economy as well as for the growth of business. We take our role in helping build up Indonesian commerce seriously and look forward to bringing much needed knowledge to all stakeholders. “
