Insurance company Well Link Life has rolled out a TVC and a new digital platform that enables customers to tailor their personal insurance products.
The TVC features Hong Kong-based actor and emcee Patrick Dunn who tells how Well Link Life's latest product can help customers save money. Launched in late July, the ad was aired on its official Facebook page, YouTube channel and TVB.
Apart from the TVC, Well Link Life has also launched "Link 2 Shop", an online application platform covering life, critical illness, medical and short-term savings insurance plans. The platform enables customers to tailor their personal protection solution through smartphones, offering them affordable premiums, easy application, and adequate protection.
The company has positioned "Link 2 Shop" as a one-stop online application platform to enhance the customer experience, including instant quotation, application submission and premium payment, as well as online after-sales policy management.
Thomas Lee, CEO of Well Link Life, said, "The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly altered our daily lives and spending habits. It further extends the digital access more than ever. This, combined with the rise of Insurtech in recent years, has made consumers more receptive to acquiring insurance products online."
He added: "The latest platform demonstrates our commitment to providing customer-centric experiences. We will continue to scale up our digital capabilities in tandem with conventional intermediaries distribution to provide more efficient and flexible insurance services for all customer segments as well as to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints."
