HKTB and ANYDOKO partner up to promote HK nightlife culture with video series

Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has partnered with travel video channel ANYDOKO to create an online video series, in an effort to promoting Hong Kong's nightlife culture of clubs, bars and craft beer.
This comes as Hong Kong is finally open to the world and the partnership aims to allow tourists to create their own ideal Hong Kong nightlife adventure.
Created by ANYDOKO Studios, the video series is hosted by local influencer Nicole Ng and has featured Hong Kong bar entrepreneurs such as Sandeep Hathiramani and local experts Sandra Kwong and Mathew Lee. The videos have featured iconic and diverse Hong Kong nightlife spots, such as craft beer shop Craftissimo to the rooftop bar Popinjays, cocktail bar The Wise King, live music venue Foxglove, as well as other nightlife institutions. In the videos, the host offered different options for viewers to choose such as which bar, club or nightlife experience they want to visit next.

"It's so exciting to feature some of Hong Kong's best nightlife experiences in this series. The Hong Kong Tourism Board is a client who is willing to innovate, and this longer-form series, which feels more like a full television show than online content, is a key example. It was a blast to feature the city's vibrant nightlife scene in a well-deserved series to celebrate them," said Vikash Autar, creative director at ANYDOKO.

Recently, The HKTB announced that it will double the number of outlets offering "Hong Kong Goodies" from the current 1,500 to around 3,000 from April, as Hong Kong saw 1.462 million visitors in February, a triple of that in January. Visitors can redeem the coupons for the latest rewards, or welcome drinks at selected bars, restaurants and hotels, or offers at various attractions, retail and dining outlets.
