Cinnabon to open first store at Olympian City, Hong Kong

US-based baked goods company Cinnabon is set to open its first Hong Kong store on 7 February at Olympian City.

The company said it hoped to tap into the opportunities available in Hong Kong as local customers have been looking for new choices of high-quality food. To celebrate the launch, a set of iconic rolls will be baked and offered to customers during the opening period.

“We see a wonderful opportunity for Cinnabon in this city. Local foodies crave high-quality, fresh cinnamon products and we have the perfect answer for them. We are looking forward to bringing the sweet pleasure of our products to Hong Kong and creating many joyful moments of Cinnabon contentment," said Steven Yang, director of Reach Out Philosophy, the company bringing Cinnabon to Hong Kong.

Founded in Seattle in 1985, the bakery recently opened its first Australian store and has been operating in other APAC locations including Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines.
