With full commitment to these growth strategies, an exciting opportunity exists for a proven Director, Strategic Accounts APAC

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Ability to conduct sales campaigns, positioning against competitive offerings, develop knowledge of the clients across all areas of the organisation and to advance sales cycles, negotiate and bring the campaign to a successful conclusion
• Proven track record of complex solution sales with long sales cycles, mutli layered selling strategies, managing multiple buying influences
• Specific experience in financial services sector
• Build a pipeline and provide solution based sales and offerings to customers
• Develop sales organisational strategies by contributing sales information, analysis, strategic thinking and direction
• Facilitate executive level meetings/relationships including sponsors
• Highly developed people management experience - internal and external
• Passionate about developing people and building organisations
• Proven track record of developing business processes and implementing best practices
• Results oriented, self driven and self starter
• Have a proven track record of building strong customer and stakeholder relationships at various levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior management and board level
