Reporting to the Group Account Manager based in Singapore, the selected candidate will manage existing accounts to ensure targets are met and retain the customer base. You will also be accountable for proposal developments, agent negotiations, strategic planning and some new business development initiatives. You will assist in developing training plans for the team and work with the Product & Implementation Manager with regards to agent issues.
