Social Media Consultant (To Be Based in Jakarta, Indonesia)

• To be part of the Business Development Team to work on client acquisition and servicing (Quota driven with commission
• To understand the trends on the Internet particularly in social media, such Facebook, Blogs, Forums and other Internet community based sites
• To be able to advise clients on what kinds of services are best suited for them and to aid them in implementations if needed
• To understand client needs and be able to convey that to Product Management (no technical experience needed)
• To have a proven sales record
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Must be sales and numbers driven
• Experienced in Sales, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus but not required
• Good presentation, writing and negotiation skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knows and understands the latest social media tools, including our company’s services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team Highly motivated, pro-active and dynamic to adapt to changes quickly
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for senior positions
• Experienced in the usage of Sales Force
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Full Time Home Based Position in Jakarta, Indonesia
