Digital Media Account Managers / Directors

Our client, a leading E-Commerce company in the region is seeking Account Managers/Directors to grow advertising revenue for the company's portfolio of web properties to support the company's aggressive regional expansion plans.

The Challenges

• Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contacts, and through cold-calling

• Acquire new customer accounts and retain/grow existing accounts
• Develop digital advertising solution proposals for clients, and negotiate rates with clients
• Identify prospective clients for the purpose of selling and to obtain market feedback
• Develop a sales plan to secure committed orders with new and existing clients and gain any competitor held business to ensure that individual targets are hit
• Continually develop knowledge of the company's products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions to the customers.
• Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and  minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.

Skills:

• At least 3 years' Business Development experience, with a strong focus on driving sales
  
  
• Strong consultative selling skills
  
  
• Good presentation skills
  
  
• Results-driven and highly dynamic
  
  
• Possess good knowledge of the online advertising landscape
  
  
• Candidates with digital media/advertising sales experience would have added advantage
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• Independent & team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
  
  
• Ability to communicate with customers at all levels, including C-suite
  
  
• Ability to communicate in more than 1 asian language would be advantageous
