Manager, Marketing Communications - China Business

To meet business objectives for China consumers, client is looking for a dynamic and high caliber Marketing Communications professional to join their China Marketing team. 

The position is based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Director of China Marketing.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and campaigns, including annual media and through-the-line strategies to enhance the brand image and maximize media efficiency in China.  You will also be leading the development implementation and evaluation of China PR strategy, plans and events to support China marketing campaigns.  Other responsibilities are but not limited to developing China long form content distribution strategy and TV programming opportunity; identifying new marketing communications channels to increase business growth; and supervise the production of marketing and communications materials.

To qualify for the position, you have a bachelor degree in related discipline and at least 8 years of experience in Marketing, PR and Communications, with strong knowledge on China media, especially TV.  Solid experience with international FMCG, consumer brands, media, travel and or entertainment is highly regarded.  You are creative with strong marketing sense.  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.  Superb writing skills and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is mandatory.
