Role Description:

Based in Singapore and reporting to and working closely with executive management, you will devise, implement and manage business strategy for the region. By working closely with senior management in each market you will establish and provide guidance to the business in each local market. In addition to holding full P&L responsibility and managing the day-to-day operations of the business, you will build and lead a multifunctional team. Crucial to the success of the business will be its positioning and the identification, implementation and communication of its value proposition. This role is a high profile position and will therefore require liaison with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Our client is a highly respected multinational entertainment organisation with offices throughout the world. An opportunity exists for an experienced senior management person with extensive digital and traditional media experience to join the organisation as head of Asia Pacific and manage the region's network of digital media properties.

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital and traditional media
  • Background with an agency, media owner or media network is preferred
  • Extensive revenue and people management experience
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate the most favourable terms
  • Willingness to travel
