Assistant Art Director

The incumbent will create artwork for advertisers, in-house ads, mockups, collaterals, sales tools and research, utilize and contribute innovative sources of creative inspiration. The incumbent is also responsible for the overall quality of creative work of the team under your charge and to lead and direct a team of creative professionals in conceptualizing, designing and implementing creative ideas.

The candidate should possess a Degree in Graphic Design with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in conceptualizing campaigns. The ideal candidate must be proficient in applications such as In Design, Freehand, Illustrator and Photoshop. In order to succeed in this role, the incumbent must have the ability to lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, deadline-oriented and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
