Korn/Ferry gets Lo

Singapore - Korn/Ferry International has appointed Carol Lo as its marketing and communications director for Asia Pacific, replacing Marta Grutka who is tipped to be setting up her own communications consultancy.

Lo officially assumed the position this month and reports to Charles Tseng, president of APAC, and to the chief marketing officer Michael Distefano who based in Los Angeles.

She will work with regional management and the corporate marketing team to develop and implement strategy. Lo will also devlop ongoing marketing communications programs for Korn/Ferry International and its subsidiary ‘Futurestep', and its leadership and talent consulting group in the region.

Some of key campaigns planned for Korn/Ferry will continue to focus and leverage on its tagline "The Art & Science of Talent" which was launched this year. Lo has been in the industry for almost 12 years and was previously head of marketing for Allen & Gledhill for a brief period prior to joining Korn/Ferry. She also led marketing and communications at Accenture in Malaysia and Singapore.
