Singapore - MTV Networks Asia is partnering with EyeblasterTV across SE Asia, enabling its clients to spread their advertising budgets to include its online audiences.

"Our viewers also come online (mtvasia.com & nicksplat.com) to take part in contests, entertainment news, view and share content among the many activities offered.  This presents a unique opportunity for advertisers to extend their reach across multiple platforms in a consistent way," MTV's senior director of digital media Robert Kim said.

The MTV-Nick Screen advertising format has 30 or 60-second ads running on a video unit floating on the bottom right of the screen which can also be linked to the advertisers' website.

The technology also allows MTV to run its clients commercials from broadcast TV without the need for reformatting. Thus clients are able to measure click-through rates as well as video play rates which help ascertain user-engagement.

MTV Networks Asia is the first regional publisher to rollout EyeblasterTV in SE Asia.
