Singapore - The Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) has joined hands with MTV Networks for a global campaign, MTV Revelations, to promote the Philippines as a destination for young adults and music lovers.
MTV Revelations, which is being created for 12 markets including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, will be launched in February 2009.
MPG Singapore and MediaContacts Manila are responsible for media buying and management for the campaign.
The campaign includes a series of TVCs featuring MTV VJs' personal stories and experiences in the Philippines as well as a variety of web activities along with local relevance for each market.
Apart from the on-air component, the online elements enhancing the campaign will also have MTV's music mixer and MTV video widgets on www.awesomephilippines.com.
