Singapore – Bang PR has beefed up its senior management with the appointment of former journalist Clement Mesenas as director, editorial & media advisory.
Mesenas began his journalism career at The Straits Times 40 years ago, and has worked for MediaCorp’s Today as well as completing stints as editor of The Kuwait Times and deputy editor of the Dubai Gulf News. He was Secretary-General of the Singapore National Union of Journalists and co-founder of the Asean Confederation of Asean Journalists.
At Bang he will work across all clients and help expand the company globally, particularly in the Middle East.
“Clement brings to our team a depth of editorial experience which will catalyse new synergies and provide our clients with the media strategy to project their image across the various media platforms,” Koh Juat Muay, managing director of Bang PR, said in a statement.
