Hong Kong - Kodak has been experiencing a technology evolution since the birth of digital camera - it reports 80% of its business revenue comes from digital products such as computer software, camera, scanners and printers.
In a press conference organized by Waggener Edstrom today, Kodak unveiled three new products - i780 and i1120 scanners, and Capture Pro Software - and presented its market perspectives and business strategies to its partner ACW Distribution and to the media.
The group said its new technologies complement the maturity of Hong Kong's digital market, where productivity, efficiency and quality is everything in doing business.
Polly Ng, sales director of Kadak's Graphic Communications Group for Greater China said with the headquarters' recent relocation to Shanghai, Kodak is now targeting not only big corporations but small- and medium-sized businesses as well with its new technology and customer solutions.
According to AIIM International, 30% of a knowledge worker's day is spent on non-productive retrieval, and nearly 15% of business revenue is spent on document-related costs.
