Epsilon makes regional dir. move

Australia - Epsilon International has appointed Cynthia Richmond for the Sydney-based regional director of Australasia role.
She will oversee operations in the Australia and New Zealand markets, as well as guide client services and business development efforts. She will report to Dominic Powers, SVP of Asia Pacific for Epsilon International.
"Cynthia's proven experience at driving results and managing large client portfolios for leading enterprise software and services organizations is exceptional. Her ability to identify challenges with client processes and strategy, and to provide innovative and practical solutions that drive client ROI will be indispensable," Powers said.
