H&K fills CEO for Australasia role

Australia - Hill & Knowlton has promoted Michelle Hutton from managing director for Australia to CEO for Australia and New Zealand. She will be based in Sydney..

"This new remit will challenge her to set a strategic direction for what Hill & Knowlton needs to do next, both in Australia and deepening the connections between Australia and regional markets in order to  grow our business footprint," Vivian Lines, president and COO for Asia Pacific, said.

"The success of the past few years has been the result of a true team effort. I have had the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented people who embraced the challenge of transforming our business in Australia. Now we need to take it to the next level, and that is a challenge I am looking forward to tackling," Michelle Hutton, CEO for Australasia, said.

Hutton has worked for Hill & Knowlton for 17 years in a number of positions.
