Hong Kong - Hill & Knowlton Asia Pacific has launched a change and internal communications offering to meet the demand from businesses that want to align employees attitudes to their business objectives.
Glenn Schloss, regional director of corporate communications for Hill & Knowlton Asia Pacific, said companies in Asia were increasingly turning to internal communications to encourage employees to embrace their corporate values and strategies.
While multinationals are more likely to adopt change and internal communications as part of best practice, he said there was a rise in Asian companies including those from Australia that have plans to go global to engage in change management.
Schloss said many companies from the financial services and industrial sectors have adopted internal communications and he added that the IT sector would follow suit.
