Published: Feb 05, 2008
Singapore - The Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB) has received seven proposals and shortlisted three agencies to pitch today, and the three are believed to be Euro RSCG, The Alchemy Partnership and incumbent DDB.
HPB maintains its stance of not revealing the shortlist but is likely to make a decision on the appointment by early March.
The selection criteria for the winning agency includes creativity, innovation and the ability to conceptualise and implement marketing strategies and programmes that will appeal to HPB's target audiences.
DDB and Alchemy declined comment while Euro RSCG could not be reached by press time.
Marketing first broke the news of the pitch for the $2.23 million account on 24 January. The scope of the account involves integrated campaigns for two projects, ‘HIV/AIDS Education 2008' and ‘Smoking Control Programme 2008'.
