Malik moves into B-M

Indonesia - Burson-Marsteller has welcomed Tom Malik as its new director for Indonesia, who will report to Sahala Sianipar, director for South Asia and market leader for Indonesia.
Malik has practised in a number of roles in the past 15 years, including at Newmont Pacific Nusantara, the Coalition for Healthy Indonesia (KUIS), Rio Tinto Indonesia and Rajawali Corporation. He sits on the board of trustees for KUIS and on the board of Indonesia Business Link - a non-profit institution dedicated to advance public-private partnership and promote corporate social responsibility in the country.
"Malik brings extensive experience in advocacy, stakeholder relations, corporate responsibility and issues management, which will be valuable for public and private institutions in Indonesia as they navigate their path through the changing environment," Sianipar said.
