Crowbar gets Ng and Loke as chair judges
"I've always been a believer of the creative innocence and innate hunger that most young creatives seem to possess. A shot of new blood can only rejuvenate our industry with new ideas and inspirations. The Crowbars is the best showcase for aspiring creatives to unleash their talent against real-world competition. I wished it was around when we started out," Ng said.
"The Crowbars has always been the hunting ground for both students and agencies. Most of the past winners have gone on to do very well in their respective fields. It's been a great initiative from 4As and we hope more great talents from our region will be unearthed this year," Loke said.
Ng and Loke have judged at past Crowbar Awards, also known as the Students Creative Awards. Ng was also judge of Integrated Advertising at last year's D&AD Awards whereas Loke previously judged the Singapore Creative Circle Awards. Both have received numerous accolades including Young Creative of the Year at the inaugural Young Creative Competition at the Asia Pacific AdFest.
